Chapter 12 - Gen 13 - Zac

"I could slap his mouth sometimes, he says the most awful things."

"That's because he is innapropriate"

"Why drag Marley into the argument??"

"Yeah but he does have a point she has been neglecting him lately"
"Actually she is not the only one, he doesn't have room to talk and Still its no excuse for why he kissed Moms ghost is it!!"

"Poor Marley had his birthday all alone in among all the screaming and shouting"

"Not quite, I was there you know!!"

"He really does look like your Dad doesn't he!"

"Your Dad is all washed up and now he is trying to reason with Melodie"

"Well that does not sound like reasoning to me - I am sick of all this screaming and shouting."

"In fact, I am not having it anymore!!"

"What are you going to do - don't you get joining in"

"I am not I am going to try and sort this mess out, poor Marley is getting very upset."

"Wow - she looks mean!!"

"I am trying to calm her down but she is having none of it!!"

"Maybe you should just leave them too it you don't want to get dragged into the arguing."

"I can't its my Dad and shes my best friend remember."

"No she used to be your best friend, she is now your step mother - surely Cherry should be your best friend now, not Melodie."

"Marley asked Melodie for a bedtime story, it might be a good thing for Melodie and Dad to get some space from each other, I really am not sure how I am going to fix this mess."

"It is not your mess to fix, their relationship is something only they can sort out."

"What is going on now - they can hear you shouting all down the street!!"

"Its Dad, he really goes too far sometimes, it is no wander Melodie is always shouting at him."

"Why what has he done?"

"Its not what he has done it is what he has said to me and about Marley"

"I warned you not to get dragged into it didn't I Zac!!"
"I know, but I didn't expect Dad to start mocking me and Marley."

"So now you two are arguing which has just made matters worse!"
"Oh I give up, maybe you was right, I think I am just going to leave them to it!!"

"Do you feel better after that little freak out you just had?"

"No, not really!!"

"I can not even eat in peace!!  Melodie hasn't left it long before she is back and laying into Dad"

"Just walk away Zac, its the only thing you can do."

"Zac what on earth do you think you are doing??!!"

"Don't blame me, Melodie called me and when I got close she wacked me out of the blue"

"So you think its a good idea you pair acting like giggling kids and having a pillow fight with everything that is going on at the moment."
"It is just a pillow fight - chill out - you  have watched us having loads of pillow fights together, why should this one be any different!!"

"I do feel sorry for Melodie sometimes, when I can see how upset she is"

"Well don't get feeling too sorry for her Zac, I don't want you doing anything stupid and messing your own marriage up!!"

"Are you mad!!!  I am not that stupid!!"

"I see your Dad has blown up the chemistry table again."

"He has got a nerve - he just asked me what was going on between Melodie and me, he has accused us of carrying on with each other!!"

"Well I did say it was not a good idea that pillow fight of yours."
"You know as well as anyone I am faithful to Cherry. he needs to stop trying to blame everyone else for what he has done and take a good look at himself!!"

"Oh no, she is off again!!"

"Well to be honest, this time I don't blame her!!

"Your getting yourself reeled into this Zac, I can see trouble coming!!"

"Your over reacting!!"

"We'll see!!"

"So what are you two whispering about?"

"None of your business!!"

"Another baby by any chance?"

"How on earth did you know?"

"Don't forget I can see your wishes and you have suddenly decided you want another child"

"Well maybe you should go bug someone else for the rest of the night because we need some space, we have a baby to try for."

"Fine by me, your Dad and Melodie are pretty entertaining at the moment."

"I am beginning to feel sorry for your Dad, he is really trying and Melodie is not interested."

"Surely she should be over this by now!"

"It has been dragging on for too long now."

"I love the way Mom's ghost has not made an appearance since she started all this"

"I had noticed that too."

"Poor Marley is having to watch this going on all the time, it really is not doing him a lot of good."

"It is ashame I have noticed that he has a very poor relationship with both of his parents."

"I have tried to tell them both what the are doing to him, but they are too busy fighting to care, they even shout at him for interrupting their arguments"

"Cherry looks like she is about to throw up - is that breakfast or is that a baby??"

"Hopefully a baby but it is too early to tell yet."

"Its unusual to see Cherry with Devon and not you."

"I am extra busy at work at the moment, I am working hard as I have another promotion on the cards.  Cherry is trying to teach Devon to walk before she gets pregnant, and as I taught him to talk and potty trained him she said she wanted to teach him to walk"

"The same old white coat - no promotion today then?"

"Actually yes, I did get that promotion today, I am now a Neurosurgeon, you will see my new work outfit tommorrow."

"Well done, just think one more promotion and you will have achieved your life time wish."

"Cherry is down in the basement looking mighty pleased about something."

"Tell me what?"

"No, I will let her tell you, she is on her way to find you."

"Is she pregnant?"

"Just wait, she will tell you."

Chapter 13

Chapter 11 - Gen 13 - Zac

"I have bought you a chemistry table"

"Why would you do that?"

"Well I have heard rumours that you can create a potion that allows you to turn your imaginary friend real and as you want rid of him, I thought maybe that is a way to do it"

"Mmmmmm  I don't know that interests me much - chemistry"

"Worth giving it a go, you never know you might like it - and you need to improve your logic for work so you can kill two birds with one stone!!"

"So how are you enjoying your sleepless nights?"

"I am not really, neither of us are, we are in and out of bed all night"

"I notice Buddy is not too impressed either"

"When is he ever when it comes to Devon, I think he is getting very jealous of any time I spend with my son and he is really getting on my nerves."

"I see the basement is finally being used"
"Dad has bought Melodie a load of musical instruments, and she now seems to spend all her time in the basement these days, and Cherry seems to like them too."

"Is Cherry hogging your little brother because she can not get near Devon because you always have him"
"No, Melodie is totally ignoring Marley, she is too busy in the basement with her musical instruments, Dad is finding it hard because of his age so me and Cherry are basically looking after Marley, he is more like my son than my little brother."

"The hot tub - that was a little risky wasn't it seeing as your Dad and Melodie were also in the basement at the time"

"Maybe but they are two engrossed, Dad with the chemistry table and Melodie with the musical instruments, I knew we would get away with it!!"

"Your Dad has taken a liking to the Chemistry table, are you not using it because your Dad is always there?"

"No I told you I really am not interested in chemistry - I tried it and didn't like it."

"Your never going to make that potion you want to make Buddy real"
"I am hoping Dad will make one for me so I won't have the hassle."

"I would much rather improve my logic playing chess, and it helps to keep Buddy quiet, as I get to spend time with him, he is really jealous of Devon"

"Your Mom and Dad have caused a problem I see"
"Don't remind me - Melodie is distraught, she says Dad has betrayed her."

"It looks like your Mom is telling your Dad off for some reason"
"She is not happy that he has remarried and now has Melodie in their bed"

"I love the way your Dad keeps boasting about his grandchildren to everyone"
"I think in Mom's case he was just telling her about the grandchildren that have appeared since she died."

"It was Mom flirting with Dad that started it"

"No Wesley don't do it"
"Kissing Mom's ghost in front of Melodie was really not a clever thing to do!!"

"I am really not even sure they are aware that they are being watched by everyone."

"No I think they are oblivious, well Dad is anyway, but I have a feeling Melodie is not going to let him get away with this in a hurry!!"

"I think Dad was a little shell shocked when Mom just disappeared in a puff of smoke and then Melodie started laying into him, he did not know what had hit him!!"

"What's with the mad cleaning spree, you and Cherry are both at it"

"Have you not noticed the atmosphere in this house?"

"I have heard your Dad and Melodie screaming at each other"

"Well, we are just trying to keep out of it and away from it"

"Devon has had his birthday, he is a little miniature version of me.

I really can not see any of Cherry in him at all"

"What's up with Buddy, he looks like he is hungry"

"He isn't, he doesn't eat, he has started to do all these stupid things around me whenever I am with Devon, I think he is just doing it for attention, but I am ignoring him, we had a bust up earlier, I really wish he would go away and leave me alone!!"

"So are you enjoying being a Dad because I notice you never leave the little man alone!!"

"Actually I am, I am teaching Devon how to talk and use the potty chair at the moment, though I must say its pretty easy because he seems to pick things up a lot quicker than Marley did."

"He loves playing with Marley, but its Marley's birthday soon, so they won't be the same age together for much longer."

"I see you are getting a lot better at the mixology"

"Yeah, I hardly drop anything now, and I have even managed to create a few unique drinks of my own."

"What on earth has happened to your Dad?"

"Oh, he quite often walks around looking like that these days, he keeps having little explosions at the chemistry table, its nothing major, it looks a lot worse than it is."

"Oh No - here we go again!!"

"Dad and Melodie are fighting again"
